Admissions & Registration
At <<Hospital Name>> we admit patients who come to the casualty section as well as those recommended by our specialist consultants. Before you can get an appointment with one of our consultants you have to register as a patient with us. This can be done by filling a form either at the hospital or online. Once you obtain your unique patient identification number, you can request for an appointment with a consultant of your choice. Depending on the diagnosis, the consultant will then decide whether you need to be admitted or not for further treatment. Registration costs <$5> per patient and is valid for five years from your last visit to the hospital. In the casualty section, a duty nurse will help you to complete the registration process even as the duty doctor takes steps to help treat your condition. Depending on your medical needs you will then be shifted to the appropriate ward for further treatment. Please remember to bring all medical insurance details as well a comprehensive report of your medical history. This will help ensure prompt and speedy treatment of your current medical condition.
